I need your help. No, not with anything serious or worldly, just paint colors. We are adding a garden storage closet to the left of the playhouse:
Playhouse pic is crappy, sorry.
So this plain wooden closet is going to muck it all up. Can't put it there as is, it needs paint! It needs personality! We had to get a storage closet for all the garden goodies that are currently in a jumble on the side of our house.
I thought if I painted it just right, together they'd look more like a little wee neighborhood and would continue to look like a play area rather than a shed next to a playhouse.
My initial thought was to match them and paint it the same yellow. Then I thought different colors might be more fun. Turquoise? My son's idea was purple with white trim which I also love. Thoughts?
I think two to three colors is best for the tiny structure and there are a few ways to go with trim. What colors would you paint it? Help!
PS - I promise to share the "after" results. It isn't arriving for 3-4 weeks (torture! I want to paint!) so it will be a while.
